According to Notification No. 989/MOIC-DIPA dated 25 September 2025, DIPA will issue trademark registration certificates signed and stamped in digital format in order to enhance administrative efficiency and facilitate digital record management 

The digital certificate system applies as follows:

• Trademark registration applications filed from March 2025 onward will receive digital trademark registration certificates.

• Requests for recordal of changes and renewals filed from January 2025 onward will also be issued in digital format.

• Intellectual Property Representative Companies will receive digital certificates and recordals via the E-Filing system.

• Applicants who filed applications without appointing an IP representative will continue to receive paper certificates and paper recordals.
